The plaque includes photo of MLK, a famous quote, legislated date and first celebration. The plaques had to be pre ordered and sold in the late 1980’s. These plaques were hand made in Chicago, Illinois and only a limited amount were produced. A must have for those who are collectors of African American and civil rights artifacts.
