The woman standing in the snow is ID'd as Nora. The young lady in the dark uniform is Alice. The three folks on the steps are Leo & Sallie Smith and their niece. The woman standing with another woman by a car is Sallie Smith again. Sized from 2 3/4" by 4 1/2" large down to 2 1/2" by 3 1/4".
