Autographs on the front of the program:1- Richie Scheinblum - 1970-71 American Association Most Valuable Player (1942-2021) One of only six Jewish MLB players at that time.2- Lou Piniella - Kansas City Royals (1943-living) 1969 AL Rookie of the year, 1977 & 1978 Yankees World Championships, and later a Manager for the Yankees.3- Ferguson Jenkins - Chicago Cubs (1942-living) Black - his mother was the descendant of enslaved African Americans who escaped to Canada; First Canadian to be inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1991; played Basketball for the Harlem Globetrotters in the off season!4- Ernie Banks - Chicago Cubs (1931-2015) Black, born in Texas. Known as "Mr. Cub" and "Mr. Sunshine", and regarded as some by the greatest baseball player of all time. He hit his 500th home run at Wrigley Field in 1970.5- Billy Williams - Chicago Cubs (1938-living) Black, born in Alabama. He set a NL record for consecutive games played. 1972 is the year he was the National League batting champion, and named Major League Player of the Year by "The Sporting News". 6- Emmett Ashford - Master of Ceremonies (1914-1980) Black, born in California. Known for his energy and style, "Ash" was the FIRST AFRICAN-AMERICAN UMPIRE in Major League Baseball, spanning 1966-1970.7- Chris Chambliss - 1971 Rookie of the Year Cleveland Indians (1948-living) He was later with the Yankees, when the infamous "Chris Chambliss Rule" was instituted.
