****************  Up for auction are two original old photographs of high school African American young men who, based on the way the photos were placed, were part of the basketball team for the Amherst Comets in Ohio.  The photographs can be taken off the photo album page if desired but I'll leave that up to you.      The photographs came out of a photo album (that was falling apart) where the family  (Owens was the surname)  was from Cleveland, Ohio and I will be listing many more from this album.     The photos dates to the 1940's and measure approximately 4.25" x 3.0".   The entire page measures approx. 14" x 11" and would look nice matted and/or framed.   Mailed flat. When viewing the pictures of the auction item, please take note of the *actual measurements* of the item in description.  In some cases, photos are enlarged to show detail.  Condition as pictured.   Please see photos for reference.   A nice piece of Black Americana to add to any collection. Be sure to take a look at my other auction items! All sales are final and sold as is. Please ask questions prior to bidding.   PAYMENT:  Paypal preferred, within 3 days of auction end date.  Other forms considered, contact for details.   Mailing is done ***ONCE*** per week and day varies depending on orders.   I'm up front about the cost for S&H as well as MAILING TIME so please don't leave less than a 5-star rating with regard to such if you’re going to bid.   Thank you in advance.   Please be sure to check back for additional historical and antique items as I’ll be adding new items throughout the week. Please note that I take pride in the historical items offered and do NOT engage in the sale of reproductions!  Thank you for taking time to look through my auction items. ALWAYS COMBINING SHIPPING!
