BLACK AMERIACANA, YOUNG CHILDREN, Eating Sugar Cane? Early 1900s, UDB
This is an UDB that captures three young African Americans that look to be eating Sugar Cane. "Hillry from your cousin Arthur" is written on the reverse. The card is a little small and printed on brown stock. The image is a dark with a stain on the right edge. There is just minor wear which includes a small bend of the lower left corner and an uneven left corner edge. There is no "who" or "where" or dated but it is an UDB. The colors on the card are a more neutral than the scan.Unless otherwise noted, I use Wikipedia, Playle's and Metropostcard for research and try to be as accurate as possible.
